A Sleep Aid to Relax & Restore
Sleep is essential to our daily functioning, and yet, how often do you struggle to get the rest you need? Try on this mind-body relaxation exercise to support you.
Sleep Support
Two simple strategies to improve your sleep - one request and one visualization. Because without restorative sleep, everything else is much, much harder.
Breath & Body Conversation
Try on this practice to consciously connect body and mind - allowing a development of self-trust through this act of love.
Defining Love
This isn't too big a topic to tackle in under seven minutes, is it? Well, maybe! Still, it's a starting place - with an invitation to discern the emotion of love from the action of loving, including yourself on your list of recipients.
Clearing with Breath & Color
Learn a clearing exercise using breath with the visual assist of green nectar light and black smoke.
Balancing the Element of Water
Water is the element of the emotions and flow. When water is out of balance, you may feel flooded (overwhelmed with emotion, as though the emotion is bigger than you), frozen like ice (rigid - my way or the highway!), or if you've too much water and too much earth together, you might be stuck in the mud. This practice will serve to bring your water element back into balance, allowing a clear flowing stream of movement.
Balancing the Element of Air
Air is the element of change. When we have too much air, we may be flighty and easily distracted. Not enough air, and we resist the movement and flexibility to try on new things and change with the wind. This practice will support bringing the air within back into balance.
Balancing the Element of Space
Space is the element that holds all other elements. When it is out of balance, we may get lost in busy — feeling a kind of claustrophobia — even in a wide open field. Too much space, and we’re a bit at sea — a little spacey. When balanced, you’ll find your own energy field expands to its natural size, and like Goldilocks, the space fits “just right.”
Balancing the Element of Earth
Would you like to feel grounded and aligned with your true self? This is possible when your internal earth element is balanced. If you have too much earth, you may experience depression or stagnation. Not enough earth may result in being easily distracted or flighty. Today, I offer this guided visualization to support the balancing of the grounding force within you.
Balancing the Element of Fire
The element of fire is the source of our creativity, fertility, and passion. When our fire is out of balance, we may find our energy running low - a kind of burnout. Or, we might be revving at full speed, forgetting to pause, breathe, and get stll. Today, I offer a combination of visualization and breath to support you finding and balancing the fire within.
Release Tension with a Double Breath
Try on this simple breath exercise to give your body a much needed break. We all hold tension in our bodies. This is like a manual reset to feed the body what it needs, and remind it to relax.
Nourish with Circular Breath
Allow this simple breath practice to nourish you body and soul. Bringing in energies that serve you, and releasing toxins on the exhale. Great for any time or place.
Release Body Tension
Discover a simple way to shed all of that physical stress you've been carrying. You may look funny (I certainly do!), but your body will thank you for the care.
Alternate Breathing
Add a new tool to your belt. This simple breath practice keeps your mind focused to help your body and spirit align.
