What to Say?

A two-part online workshop

October 5 & November 30, 2022
7pm U.S. Eastern

Ever have one of those situations, when you just can’t find the words? Or maybe the words spill out, cementing you firmly in the victim position. Perhaps, instead, you go on the offensive - tossing judgment and criticism like a juggler - trying to keep all the balls in the air to avoid feeling vulnerable.

We all know relationships are challenging. And, an inner wisdom reminds us that the people in our lives - especially the ones who seem crafted to drive us crazy - create opportunities to learn and grow. Ugh! What a pain in the keister!

So, what if you could learn how to participate differently in these relationships? For most of us, part of what's required is a willingness to look at what we really want, before we can find the voice within to speak it with honesty and clarity.

Here’s the invitation:

You bring your situation to the table. We'll dig around a little. Let's see if we can get to your inner truth. And, if you can't yet find the language to wrap around that tender place, we'll build a bridge. This will be language for you to try on from that newly discovered place.

This is an opportunity to stretch, grow, and be more authentically yourself - with YOURSELF! The awesome by-product will be your ability to bring THAT person to your relationships.

What kind of situations? The sky's the limit! Here are a smattering of possibilities:

  • I loaned my brother money, and he still hasn't paid me back.

  • My mother has something negative to say about everything I do or say.

  • I don't want to hurt my wife's feelings, but there's something missing between us.

  • Every time my son comes to visit, he drinks to excess, and it scares the pants off me.

  • My co-worker is constantly seeking reassurance about doing a good job, while simultaneously looking over my shoulder.

  • How do I get my daughter to take her life seriously?

Want to give it a try? Keep reading to find out more!

What To Say?
The Details

Who is this for?

Anyone who is seeking to wrap some language around a situation fraught with discomfort or needing help finding the truth within.

What’s the venue?

Zoom. You'll be in the comfort of your space, while we gather with others in the comfort of theirs.

How many people can join?

The number of participants is unlimited, as there is a power — an enhanced energy — created when a group forms. Plus, we all learn from each other. You will see yourself and hints of your situation in what another brings forth. Our shared humanity and common ground will shine through.

How long will each session last?

Depending upon the number of participants, we’ll spend up to 90 minutes together.

Does everyone get to ask their own question?

We’ll get to as many people as possible in the 90 minutes.

How do I make sure I get to ask my question?

When you register, you’ll have an opportunity to check the box “I’d like a seat at the table.” These slots will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. This means, the earlier you register, the better the chance of presenting your particular situation in one of our two gatherings.

Okay, but how will I know if I actually “got a seat at the table?”

It will remain a mystery to us both, until I get the ordered participant list - just prior to the start of our time together. If you’ve requested individual coaching during the gathering, be sure to have a question ready to bring to the group.

What if I have to cancel?

You have three options (of course!):

  1. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your scheduled session and receive a full refund. (No refunds or credits will be issued after the initial class has begun.)

  2. Apply your payment as a credit toward a future What To Say? session - prior to the start of the session you signed up for.

  3. Instead of cancelling, accept a recorded copy of the session you'll miss, and absorb the wisdom within.

Registration Fee?

$65/person - Yes, that's not a typo! These gatherings are designed to be accessible to EVERYONE. The more people who gather, who become in touch with their individual truths, the greater for all of us. Share the news!
