Welcome more love, joy, gratitude, and peace into your life! If you’re seemingly stuck or the inner terrorists are barraging you with messages that generate an excess of fear, sadness, and anger, you are likely carrying around some old belief systems.
Would you like to update those beliefs, to allow a greater flow? “Right with Me” will help you to evict the inner terrorist voices, by digging into the roots from which they've grown, in a grounded, loving way.
This three-month series offers a path home to yourself. The prose is not designed to entertain others or to be used as a confessional. This practice of writing invites you to see and hear YOU - as you've been and as you are now.
“Right with Me” is NOT about the quality of your writing, although with practice, your writing may improve. It is about soul retrieval. Through your written experience, you will see old memories through a new lens, and open a door to compassionate healing.
This program will provide you with opportunities and tools to be more loving toward yourself and others - truly engaging in caregiving behavior. That’s the “no-agenda, I’m-willing-to-sit-on-the-ledge-with-you” kind of experience we all desire. Together, we will create a sacred space to see and hear, while also being seen and heard.
We’ll also gather together, via Zoom, for you to receive coaching in a group environment. I have been writing from the heart, as a tool for my own self-discovery, for years! So the guidance will be coming from someone who walks the talk. These group sessions are designed to take your written experience to the next level of healing and celebration, with loving support.
I promise, if you’re willing to be vulnerable with yourself, your listening partner, and this shared community, you will find this program to be a potent healing cocktail!

What can you expect?
Throughout the program, you will receive group coaching support via Zoom, writing assignments, meditation videos, a listening partner, and an intimate community.
More specifically:
a class of 4-10 participants
three writing assignments
three daily practice videos to help ground you every day
three meditation videos to support you going within to find your voice and memories
touchstones to include in each of your writings to deepen your experience
a ledge partner to practice both sides of being seen and heard
over 9 hours of group coaching and support via Zoom
an opportunity to experience and build community with fellow travelers
You may wonder...
Will this be like writing a memoir?
In as much as all the writings are based on your life and memories, yes.
Will someone be critiquing my writing style, grammar, spelling, etc.?
No. We shall seek to silence the voices of judgment, and use the writing as a tool to navigate a loving path home to yourself.
I’m not really much of a writer. Do I have to do the assignments?
The writing is an essential ingredient to this program. If you typically are NOT a writer, this may be all the more powerful for you. If you love to write, this series will invite you to dig deeper - reaching for the wholeness of your experiences and the stories you've made up about those memories.
What’s the flow of this series?
Sign up asap to secure your spot. Registration closes 9/27 or when class is full. Space is limited to 10, so secure your space early.
At least 2 days before the first class - receive your first writing assignment and meditation practice.
1st gathering at 6:50pm for 130 minutes - bring your questions, meet your fellow travelers, engage in the practice of allowing yourself to be seen and heard, and learn how to lovingly see and hear others.
Between 1st and 2nd group meeting, you have three missions - practice the meditations, write about the assigned topic, and “meet with” your partner.
2nd group Zoom at 6:50pm - we’ll gather for 130 minutes for sharing, receiving coaching, and living into the organic magic of the process.
Within five days of our meeting - you’ll receive your next writing assignment and meditation practices.
Rinse and Repeat the steps - practice the new meditations, write about the assigned topic, “meet with” your partner, and gather as a group again for 3rd session at 6:50pm for 130 minutes.
Rinse and Repeat - just as above, for final gathering at 6:50pm for 130 minutes.
